clone to larger HD
I hope to update my 17" G5 imac isight to a 20" isght. (yeah times are tough), my question is seeing as it's basically the same computer I'm pretty sure that cloning the entire HD over to the new HD will be fine.
I'm just wondering that because the 17" is a 160GB drive and the 20" is a 250GB drive if this will cause any problems. At the moment I have the 17" bootably cloned to a 160GB partition on an external drive. My fear is that I'll only end up being able to use 160GB of the new 250 internal HD. |
