Backing up two partitions

All I've seen in searching is backing up TO two partitions. :)

I have my main Leopard partition on my MacBook, then a smaller Tiger partition for working on software. Will I be able to run SD from Leopard (when the new version is ready) and have it, basically I guess, clone the whole drive, that is both partitions, or should I be looking at a different program to do this? I haven't bothered with SD on the Tiger partition and trying it from Tiger (I'm hardly ever in Tiger), so I don't know what SD says, if anything, when there is more than one partition on the main hard drive. I'm planning on backing up a 250GB drive to an identical external drive if that makes any difference.

Thanks!

Bob

You'd just schedule two backups, one for each partition, to its corresponding destination partition. You can set both copies for the same time and SD! will manage the process for you.
