What is this error: sh: fsaclctl: command not found

Getting this error early on in my nightly backups....running Super Duper v 2.6.1.

This is occurring on smart updates.......also I am running snow leopard

If you're getting that error, you're not running v2.6.1... you're running 2.5 or earlier.
