Turn off TM and User Backup services with a shell script
 

Can someone point me to a shell script that I could run before cloning my Time Machine backup using SuperDuper that would not only turn off Time machine for the server, but also turn off the Time Machine services for the users? (and of course - turn them back on afterwards).
