I use SD to clone it ???
Sorry if this has been covered before.
I could not find the answer after searching for a few days.
In other words.
Can you go.
Main HD to > Time Machine HD to > Super Duper bootable Clone???

You can't use SD! to copy a Time Machine backup to a bootable volume, no. It can copy it successfully, and can also store a bootable backup alongside it, but it won't 'restore' a bootable copy from Time Machine's already backed up data... if that's what you're asking.

Bummer - it would have reduce the number of back-up hard drives I have :-)
