SuperDuper! keeps asking for a long gone HD - "cannot find source volume"
Several weeks ago I used SuperDuper! to clone a volume for testing. As I recall, it was a simple copy, not a smart update or a scheduled copy. Neither the source nor the target volume still exists.
Since then, each time I launch SuperDuper!, it reports ... SuperDuper! cannot find source volume "Grog 120".I click the Cancel button, and SuperDuper! proceeds normally. I have only one scheduled copy, which does not refer to "Grog 120". How can I get SuperDuper! to forget about this volume? -- Ward |
Open SuperDuper!, switch the source to something other than Grog 120, then quit. It should remember your new choice.

Wow, that was fast!
Thanks, Dave, for your super speedy response.
That's the fix. Replacing the blank source menu choice with an actual drive eliminated the error on the next launch. -- Ward |
