Transfering Time Machine backup

My 1 TB Time Machine HD is full so I bought a 3 TB HD and plan to move the files over and use it as per the Apple instructions. Drag and drop of Backups.backupdb (around 950 GB 25,000,000 files) seemed to be taking over a day or so so I quit and tried SuperDuper. With SuperDuper I get an ACL error I've pasted below.

I'm doing one thing that might be a bit peculiar which is both USB volumes are connected to a 10.7.2 MacPro. This is because my working computer is a laptop which travels too and from home and when the transfer of files takes more than a working day I have to quit it! So I thought if I left them working over the weekend and checked on it remotely it might sort itself out.

Thanks for any ideas !

Unfortunately, that looks like a read error on the source - although I can't tell for sure. If you can send the log with the "Send to shirt pocket" button, that would help...

Thanks for your feedback in response to the log I sent in. I repaired the disks as suggested and after quite a few days wait SuperDuper completed the copy without any errors. I tried it out this morning and TimeMachine likes it as well. So all good here !
