Problem 1/4 thru cloning HD

I am having a problem with my SuperDuper. It will reach a certain number of files, typically 41,000 and then it gets to a certain folder errors out and quits so I have never fully copied my HD. Heres what the log at the error point looks:

Please can anyone help me with this, I have repaired the permissions and such. This seems like a great app but it just not working for me now...

This indicates damage on the source drive, "raceryan".

It's possible it might be able to be repaired with Disk Utility. Please start up from your OS Install disc and run Disk Utility from either the Installer application menu or the Utilities menu, depending on the version you have.

Use that to repair the normal boot volume (not permissions, but the disk itself).

Repeat until there are no more errors, then boot back to the drive and try again.
