So you can select individual folders/files from the source drive but the target drive has to be a dedicated volume (or partition) to what your backing up. Unfortunately, this is not what I want to...

If I backup Folder A from HD1 to HD2, will SD ignore other folders on HD2 which may contain the same files found in Folder A?
