I did install from the disk image, but didn't think of the restart. Worked perfectly for my first Catalina backup this morning.

I downloaded the new beta. Installed SuperDuper! 3.3 beta. Added it to System Preferences>Security & Privacy>Full Disk Access. Quit the app as asked. Now if I run SuperDuper!.app, it just asks me to...
