It took a while to mount, but I'm sending this from my newly restored HD. I've only been booted for a couple of minutes, but all indications look good. I think SuperDuper saved the day yet again.

No. I'm able to see the external HD itself, but when I navigate to it, the two sparsebundle files are greyed out. Here's all of what I'm doing just in case I'm doing something wrong/stupid:

I've...

Restoring SparseBundle to New Drive

A few days after Xmas, the hard drive on my almost new 17" unibody MBP failed. Catastrophically. The local Apple store has replaced the drive with a shiny new one, but now I need to restore my system...

Okay. Maybe it's the visibility that's changing the space focus. I'll remain on record with the feature request if it's something that's possible and in the product vision. Thanks for clarifying the...

Feature Request: Don't Steal Focus on Startup

Hey -

Maybe this is already available and I haven't found it, but I'd love to be able to tell SuperDuper not to steal the focus when it starts up. I run scheduled backups and have SuperDuper...

This is a really two questions, I suppose, but I'm trying to write a post-backup script that will automatically compact my sparsebundle files. I have two scheduled backups that I run. One runs...
