Pretty self explanatory.

We are considering the purchase of an XServe for public-facing internet services and are looking for a backup solution. The amount of data is less than a 10 gb; I am considering an external firewire enclosure and swapping out a series of drives on a rotating basis. (Data that requires persistence will actually be stored on a different server that has the usual tape backup scheme in place.)
