I've been poking through the FAQ's... it would appear the things I need to worry about most are Mail, iSync and iCal:

These shouldn't present a huge problem to me as I keep my emailing almost exclusively to Panther in order to prevent my own confusion...
I use Panther's iSync for my iPod and don't use iCal.
