I need to restore the operating system from a volume where it was backed up using the
sandbox - shared users script; now I'm not sure how the symbolic links will be handled...
- will my Users directory (on the target volume) be left untouched?
- will its components be replaced by the links?
- or will its contents be replaced by the linked files, which are yet on another volume?
