backing up only selected files
I want to be able to run a backup (into my bootable external drive) of only the 5 or so files that change daily.
Can SD be set up to do that?

(At the present time, my main computer is having logic board problems, so I do NOT want to run a normal backup and risk screwing up my good backup disk).
