Super Duper has stopped baking up!

I have a Mac Mini, using the most current version of SuperDuper, using Mac OS 10.6..8, and having the following specs:
Model Identifier: Macmini2,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed: 1.83 GHz
Number Of Processors: 1
Total Number Of Cores: 2
L2 Cache: 2 MB
Memory: 1 GB
Bus Speed: 667 MHz
Boot ROM Version: MM21.009A.B00
SMC Version (system): 1.19f2

Until recently, SuperDuper backups were functioning correctly, on a daily basis. Now, it will not back up, even when I re-set all of the settings.

I know that this is a problem for tech support, but the only way I can connect with support is to click on the support link, which tries to connect me through Mac Mail. I do not use Mac Mail (I use gmail), and cannot connect. (You'd think they would give the support email address on the website.)

I guess the easiest way to address this is for someone to give me the support email address.

Thanks,
