As far as licensing goes, the idea is it's for you and your personal Macs. If you have two licenses, it's for your Macs and your Wife's Macs (for example)... but we don't play games, monitor, or do anything tricky -- we trust you to do the right thing.

So, when you get the new Mac, you'll just re-enter your registration information.
