How to make Shell Script rebuild prebinding ?

Due to concerns regarding the prebinding clone with 10.5.1 and SD, I would like to make a shell script automatically included in SD:

Sudo update_prebinding-root "/ Volumes / name off HD" Force

But I do not know how to do or realize.
Can you help a registered user please ?
