Failed to Clone

Hello, I am using the latest version of SuperDuper on a MacBook Pro M3 running 14.6.1 (the latest).

I erased a new disk at APFS GUID, then ran SuperDuper with the option to first erase, then copy all files. It stopped with this:

| 05:13:44 PM | Info | Setting mount state

| 05:15:47 PM | Info | Volume replication failed - Resource busy
| 05:15:50 PM | Error | ***ERROR OCCURRED: ****FAILED****: result=256 errno=60 (Inappropriate ioctl for device)

When it stopped the target drive had been renamed to "Macintosh HD", before it had been called "Clone."

Any suggestions for getting past this? Thanks!
