I know that SD! is not able to work correctly from a Leopard environment, but if we're using it from a Tiger partition, are we able to backup Leopard files? We read something about Leopard backups not being bootable, but is that when it's used in the Leopard environment, or Tigers?

Either. Leopard volumes cannot yet be successfully copied and be bootable. The data is there, though, and can be accessed.

Thanks for your patience. As you know, we're not trying to torture our users, or be coy.
