suggestion: warn the user about the GUID partition issue
I think it would be great if SuperDuper would check the drive before backing up to make sure it's a bootable partition plan. Why should your users have to find this out the hard way?

Are you interested in a warning when attempting to back up an APM bootable volume to a GPT volume because PPC-based Macs can only boot from ATP?
