Restore Error
Trying to restore from a serious crash. Using disk utility restore. getting error -34 no space left on device.

Did you check the "erase" checkbox in the Restore tab?

Well...got about 2/3 through the restore and got an I/O error so the original volume is hosed at least I still have the SuperDuper backup. Trying to repartition but its telling me I/O error. Very stressful!

Sounds like a drive failure, Jim... has it been recently replaced?
