SVUclone: FTS_NS error for item:
excellent product guys,

Hi, Jay.
The problem here is that the "storage" volume failed at some point, but the "automounter" didn't clean up the mount point, so it's no longer responding. To translate that all to English: reboot, and it'll clean itself up.
