Restore Home Folder
I can use SD to backup my home folder to a disk image file but I am wondering how I can restore my whole image folder from the backup?
I would prefer to be able to restore only the files that are different. Is there any way of doing this with SD?

Of just the Home folder? No... in general, I strongly recommend a full "Backup - all files" if you're planning on doing a full restore: Smart Update can figure out what's changed and only restore that. But with a Home folder, you can't isolate Smart Update to just the Users folder when restoring like that.
