schedule
Hi,
I'm trying SuperDuper! It has to "back - all files" from an external hard-drive to another external harddrive. I scheduled do to it everyday at 17.00 o'clock. I set my computer to wake up at 16.55. But very often, Even when I'm working on my mac SuperDuper doesn't do a thing. What did I wrong? Ief |

"Very often"? It's not *consistent*, Ief?

Indeed not very consistent. The last week it seems to work fine...
So probably I did something wrong! At this very moment SuperDuper! is running... thanks, Ief |

In general, you should set the wake event to one minute before the backup time. Otherwise, you Mac might think it's a "bounce" wake and go right back to sleep. That said, when you're "working on your Mac", it should certainly run, hence my question.

o.k., I set my computer to wake up 1 minute before SD! kicks off. Thanks for helping.
