Will SuperDuper backup like this? (please read)
I'm looking for a backup program to backup my entire iMac HD (only 40-60GB used) to an external, 320GB FW hard drive. I need the program to OVERWRITE all but the most recent backup. In other words, archive one backup, create a new one (thus I have 2 in case of problems with one) and THAT IS IT. NO MORE HOGGING MY EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE SPACE!!

We will, but slightly differently than described. Basically, you'd want to have two backups, on separate partitions (or separate sparse images), updated every other day. That'll achieve your goal.
