startup/restart options grayed out
A couple of "on successful completion" options are grayed out. I can't figure out why. I can manually restart from a duplicate but the automatic option is no longer available. What's going on here? How do I fix it?
I've included a screenshot: |

They're greyed out because El Capitan no longer allows those actions for 3rd party applications. The user has to set the startup drive manually. (See http://www.shirt-pocket.com/blog.)
