Question I'm having a similar problem

My SuperDuper backup today failed with the following messages:
| 08:23:36 AM | Info | error (22) from /Volumes/Boot-300GB. (Invalid argument)
| 08:23:36 AM | Error | ****FAILED****: result=5632 errno=22 (Unknown error: 0)

And in the console:
Dec 19 08:10:08 Patricia-2 SuperDuper![53687]: .scriptSuite warning for attribute 'boundsAsQDRect' of class 'NSWindow' in suite 'NSCoreSuite': 'NSData<QDRect>' is not a valid type name.

I don't know if it is relevant but I recently applied the most recent Leopard security update, and I also am using a partition in a new 1TB drive. SuperDuper version is 2.5
