Can SD do this?

I would like to do time machine style backups to a samba shared network drive. So, for example, once a week I would like to backup my Documents folder to my network drive but only backup the data that's changed.

On my network drive I would have 3 backup sets with the oldest set having all the files and each subsequent set only have the files that changed but links to the older unchanged files.

Can SD do this?
