Question about Enabling spotlight on Retored Drive

Howdy,

I've used the spotlight disabler for my backup drive. Now the question gets reversed. If I have to rebuild my regular drive I'll boot from the backup and run SuperDuper the other way after formatting the original drive.

After booting from my restored drive should I run

sudo mdutil -E -i on /

to restore and force a reindexing of the boot drive or will the restored drive automatically have indexing turned on?

SIGH... I just noriced that this has already been answered in the affirmative in another thread! SORRY!

Good Luck,
Herb Schulz
