how to back up 2 different drives to one drive?

I can't figure out the best way to have this sort of backup done automatically with Superduper. I'd like to backup my main Mac hard drive on my Mac G5 (150 gigs) plus an external firewire drive (150 gigs) to an external firewire drive (300 gigs). Is there any way to do a version of "Smart Update" of both drives onto a single drive? And is there any way to make the Mac Hard Drive portion of the backup bootable in the event of a crash?

Thanks for any help!
Sincerely,
Robert Jackson
