I think I messed up

I took by 250 GB G Drive Q to work to download some files from a Windows PC. It was company stuff I needed to save copies of....well, in case I might need them in the future.

Anyway, I had already been backing up the hard drive on my iMac G5. I only had my MAC stuff on the Drive Q up to the point I went in to copy the Windows files, brochures, letters, etc. I followed the instructions and set up a 20 GB partition according to the G Drive Q instructions. Download went flawlessly. Not tonight I was gonna back up my MAC Hard Drive and I opened up Super Duper and it can't find my Drive Q. What do I do? Everything was fine until last night after I partitioned off a portion of the G Drive Q.
