Backup only copied some folders instead of all
I'm using the demo to evaluate. Before I buy I want to figure out what the problem is:
I did the "Backup - all files" but it only backed up 2 of the 3 folders under /Users. It certainly didn't get all the files, and it didn't even backup the user I'm logged into. (I have 3 users on this computer, and only the other 2 were backed up). ?? Thanks. |

fixed (sort of)
I just unmounted and remounted the drive and all the files were there. For some reason finder wouldn't show any of them until after I'd remounted the drive.

That's right. It's a bug in Finder that they corrected in Tiger (or should have). There's not much we can do about it -- but the files *have* been copied.
(You can also log in/out, or Control-click on the Finder dock icon and relaunch the finder. Any of those will show the files.)
