Migrating to 160GB from 80GB HD Macbook - PartitionSize for Sandbox?

What size Partition should I create for a SuperDuper Sandbox on a 160GB HD?

All I am really seeking to do is to create a bootable close of the OS (with preferences & settings).

Do not need to close Documents, Music, Movies, etc. Still doing that on DVD's. Do not own an external drive yet, FYI.
