SD hangs while cloning - no warnings, no errors
Hi All,
I recently tried SD for backing up my HD which consists of 2 partitions of 20 Gb each. I started yesterday with the system partition. I created a sparse disk image following the instruction that I found in the forum. I wanted to have an incremental backup of the files. After a couple of hours it was still at around 20% of the process. I went home and then, this morning I found the process at the same point. What I tracked was that it was trying to backup my Library folder: \users\mauro\Library\ . It was still working: no errors, no warnings. Finally I managed to find the log file which I am attaching at the end of this message. Then, I tried to repair permissions with Disk Utility, reboot, disable all the possible running software but still the same problem. Any idea on what to try next?
