Hi all,
I have been using Super Duper for a few months now and think it works great but because I know very little about scripting I have not been backing up data the way I had hoped. I have attached a screenshot to help out any one who can help me out!!! I am currently editing a film for a client. ALL the files I need to edit with are organised in one main folder called 'ING'. This is located on a local hard drive, called 'Capture Scratch'. As I want to back up the folder at the end of each day I would like to use Super Duper's Smart Copy function. However because the destination drive, called 'MyBook' (a 500gb external HD) has other folders on it, I am worried that Super Duper will simply copy over the ING folder, erasing everything else on the drive. To simplify, can I copy a folder from one drive to the next without affecting other folders on the destination hard drive? And on top of that can I use the smart back up function without this also affecting the other folders? Hope this makes sense, and thank you in advance for your much needed assistance. Chris |

This isn't something we can do, Chris.
