Destination volume headroom for Smart Update
I'm setting up a destination volume for a 232GB source volume. My understanding is that SD! may require some amount of additional space for Smart Update -- I'd guess it's because it doesn't delete the old version of the file until the new one has been safely archived. Any guidance for how much additional room to allocate? The size of the largest file? More? Less?

Is your source volume running near to full all the time? If not, just allocate a backup of the same size.

Right now it's about 60%. I'm thinking worst case here.

Worst case? Double it: that's the worst case. But that's typically unnecessary.
