Just FYI: the "/Users/Shared/SC Info" directory apparently contains a file with info that iTunes needs for authorisation. They are both created when you first authorize your computer to play a song bought from the iTMS.
So, as Dave said, nothing to worry about. Both directory and file are normally hidden, though, so it's a bit strange that a repair permissions in Tiger now draws attention to their (non-) existence...
