Auto-install of 2.7 failure message

This morning when I started SD it asked to upgrade and I clicked "OK". The built-in installer ran but the log ended with an alleged failure: the last few lines of the log are
| 06:23:12 AM | Info | The software was successfully installed
| 06:23:12 AM | Info | The install was successful.
| 06:23:12 AM | Info | ......COMMAND => Copying upgrade bundle to temporary location
| 06:23:12 AM | Error | ditto: /Applications/Utilities/SuperDuper!.app: No such file or directory

However, the SD in Applications seemed to run fine and admitted to being 2.7.
So: is the failure message significant?

This is on OSx 10.4.11 on an iMac7,1 per System Profiler.
