Repeating Daily Backup script
I have installed and setup Superduper to do a Daily Backup update script. I set it to run every night using Cronnix. My problem is it will run the script 4 times in a row every night. I just sit their and watch this... Over and over and over and over then it stops.
I have tried deleting the Daily backup script and replacing and deleting and resetting up the “settings” file and still this continues every night. Any ideas? Cronnix is set to run everyday at 9:02 PM. Starts and runs perfectly except 3 to many times. |

You're sure you only have a single entry for it in Cronnix? Can you take a screen shot of the Cronnix window (just the window) and send it to support? I'll take a look and see what might be up.
Alternatively, you might find it easier to use iCal for the schedule -- delete the entry in CronniX, then create an event in iCal with an alarm that uses the "open" alarm type to open the little Daily Backup application. Hope that helps!

(As a follow-up, as I told kiddcooper by mail, the problem here was that '*' was specified for the minute, and that means "run every minute". That's why it ran more than once. Specifying a value like "0" will lock it down to only once.)
