Can I backup and then restore bootcamp partitions onto a new drive?
I have a macbook with the tiny hard disk in it. Just bought a 160GB drive to replace it. Problem is I have a bootcamp partition I wanna keep when moving to this new drive. Can I use SuperDuper to back up BOTH my osx and windows partitions, swap drives and then restore from an external drive to the new disk?

If you've got an Intel Mac, yes -- assuming it's properly partitioned (using the GUID partition scheme).
