Well, it's not the best way to go, but if your PC is formatted as NTFS, you can back up over the network to a sparse image. The challenge, though, will be restoring that image from an SMB volume... I don't think you're going to be able to do it easily if you can't boot from a "real" OSX box (as opposed to just an install disk).

You don't have an external drive you could use?
