SuperDuper failed to copy, interpret this error

Hi, I posted this to support, but am hoping I may get a faster response since it is the weekend (naturally) and I need to get this done asap. Started copy of my hard drive using the standard defaults to a firewire drive connected to my PowerBook (Ti 500, running 10.3.7) running latest version of SuperDuper. Got this error message which prevented successful copy process:

Any idea what this means and how I go about fixing it?
