Unhappy SD 2.5 hangs after copying 1/3 of the stuff!!!
SD 2.5 hangs after copying 1/3 of the stuff!!! HELP!

running on: Powerbook 80gb, MAC OSX 10.5.2 Leopard.

Additonal problem: CPU runs at 100%
As SD starts to hang up, the CPU runs at 100%, though the main user is kernel_task as per the monitor.

sorry it's additional problem , not additonal

I do not use any mouse or run any application when SD backs up (and eventually hangs!

What are you backing up to? Do you get any errors? What exactly do you mean by "Hangs"? Any AntiVirus or similar?
