restoring my MBP

Hi.

My MBP went on vacation for a few days and I am working on a different mac using my SuperDuper External Backup Via Firewire.

Since I am going to do a lot of work I would like to copy everything from my FW back to my MBP HD once it's back from it's vacation.

What's the best procedure? just a straight forward restore of the entire HD?

thanks

Micha
