Backup failure
I've just tried backing up for the first time since using 10.4.3 (which may be coincidental) and am getting a backup failure. I am doing a total erase of the target HD first.
It has happened both times I tried, and at the same point (about 2+ hours into the backup). The second time I made sure that all programmes were shut down and no work was being done on the computer. Using SuperDuper 1.5.5 (v74) on a G4 Dual 1GHz to a LaCie 120GB via FW. Any help would be fantastic (I'm getting nervous not being backed-up!) The last 'section' of the log follows: |08:16:44 PM|Info| Ignoring /.Trashes |08:17:50 PM|Info| WARNING: Caught I/O exception(2): No such file or directory |08:17:50 PM|Info| WARNING: Source: /Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS2/Legal.localized/Ti?ng Viê?t.html, lstat(): 0 |08:17:50 PM|Info| WARNING: Target: /Volumes/120GB/Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS2/Legal.localized/Ti?ng Viê?t.html, lstat(): -1 |08:17:50 PM|Info| WARNING: Could not copy file with Cocoa frameworks. Hi, phila. A quick search on "hotfiles.btree" produces this answer. Should work for you!
