Kernel panic here, too

Yesterday I accidentally deleted my first and only SuperDuper! backup instead of updating it. So I restarted with extensions off and started a new complete backup. However, at some point my MacBook's screen went black and nothing could bring it back to life, so I held down the power button to restart it.

Since then I have attempted to backup my MacBook 4 times, and every time has resulted in a kernel panic, a dimmed screen with a multilingual message saying I need to hold down the power button to restart it. Although there have been 4 successive attempts since the one I interrupted, only that interrupted one has been logged (it's attached below).

What, if anything, can I do to get SuperDuper! working again? My backup drive is only two months old.
