Thanks for the quick reply Dave. It is odd, isn't it? I've never seen anything like it. I've done tons of searching and only came up with one mention of it so far where the supposed fix was to change the Icon Size to "jog" the Finder's memory. That didn't help.
Just tried using Onyx 1.8.3 to run some maintenance: Verify and Repair Permissions Execute Maintenance Scripts Clear all the Caches (except AU using apps) Clean Recent & Temporary Items I haven't tried any of the Resets yet, but unless someone has another idea, I guess I'll give it a go. Dave
