Can I schedule back up of 2 different drives?
I would like to schedule the back up of my main hard drive as well as my

Can the Scheduler handle 2 different drives on 2 different schedules?

What happens if one back up is not done before the other one is scheduled to begin?

Not at all. In fact, if you schedule them for the same time we'll take care of the details of running them back to back.
