Ok I know this is very basic - but I skimmed the entire help file and didn't find an answer.
When I'm restoring an image created with super duper, In the copy field I choose disk image and browse for the image file - the files I created are grayed out sparse images. Is this normal? For a work around I have to expand the image and then choose that mounted area to copy. This seems to be the only way I've gotten it to work. Shouldn't I be able to choose the image file itself before I expand it ? Also If I have to mount an image file before a restore does this stop fast block copying? thanks! Bill |
